Returns

• In its original packaging, where applicable
• Returned with proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.
